Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Centercommunication Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Washington.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
